What is Mediation?
Wh

ODR does not refer parties to a specific mediator. The parties must agree on which mediator they will use.

How Do I Get a Mediator?

1. Find the Judicial District in which your court case is located.

2. Select a mediator from the list.

3. Contact the mediator directly to set up mediation. The mediator will contact the other party to schedule the mediation session.

  • Please have your case number, district, and contact information (telephone numbers, email addresses)  handy for the mediator.
